Objectives.
Host a 2.5 day conference for AB InBev senior managers from around the world to present upcoming marketing campaigns and areas of focus.
The Project.
We converted a shell and core space into an urban underground space with wire mesh walls, red lights and pop-up sampling bars. There were beer pouring masterclasses, trialing of non-alcoholic beer, and video conference presentations. Participants took a break from engaging discussions about their brands by laughing over a swearing in ceremony complete with cape and sword and cheered on their colleagues who won coveted awards.
The evenings were hosted by two brands, Corona and Budweiser, where the guests were taken to exemplary venues to show off how the brands collaborate locally.
