A VIP experience in Dubai for 200 Chinese investors including sightseeing and a gala dinner.
The Project.
We delivered a turnkey solution to educate and entertain guests for two days by taking over a beach resort.
Guests were given a VIP arrival at the airport with a fleet of chauffeur-driven cars and a paparazzi style arrival at the resort. Branded chocolates at turndown and dedicated Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking hostesses ensured guests were treated like VIPs and the client’s brand was top of mind at all times. The conference culminated in an elegant Gala Dinner with a bespoke Chinese feast, fire eaters, stilt walkers, live art and jaw-dropping entertainment from Cantopop star, Alex To.
