Objectives.
Take 50 dealers from the Middle East and Africa, bring them to Dubai and give them a whirlwind 2 days of team building, a celebratory dinner and a conference.
The Project.
We whisked off the guests to an unknown destination – all they knew was that they had to wear comfortable trousers and closed shoes. They arrived at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and were welcomed by 3 Rolls-Royce Cullinans, a lunch setup, a lounge area with an illustrator to capture the fun, and a large field. They were put into teams, given colour-coded t-shirts and then met their teammates – 10 camels who have been specially trained to play camel polo (with a jockey, of course).
In the evening, they were treated to a celebratory award dinner with a luxurious gothic theme, an awe-inspiring sleight of hand magician, some chilled jazz tunes and a lot of camaraderie. The next day saw a conference with a 4m screen to show off the plans for 2020 while lunch was held overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
