Objectives.
Ensure a fun and safe experience for the inaugural Sand Pit run, a 10km obstacle run through Al Barari, while coordinating with obstacle builders.
The Project.
We managed all logistical arrangements for the Sand Pit Village and volunteer staff.
We organized toilet cabins and showers, liaised with the obstacle builders for health and safety, recruited and trained 100 on-course staff and marshals, sourced food trucks, managed sponsor activations, supervised security staff, and produced branding and directional signage. It was a hot and sweaty few days!
