Objectives.
To create a unique dining experience, new to Dubai, to showcase #TheItalianWay of living. The concept we conceptualized and delivered was a Supper Club.
The Project.
Bring in Supper Club hosts from Italy, find a hidden space to transform into an Italian garden, set and decorate a communal table for strangers to meet and mingle, engage musicians to help shape the atmosphere, and present a food and beverage menu reminiscent of the Amalfi coast.
We found the space next to The Maine, recruited an amazing couple from Milan who run Ma’Hidden Kitchen Supper Club, built a pop-up outdoor kitchen, converted the space into a feast for the eyes that was featured on many an Instagram account, and made sure that everyone ate, drank and was merry.
